S/S Arizona was built by John Elder & Co in Glasgow in 1879 and was launched March 10, the same year.
She was delivered to the Guion Line and began service. In May 31 she made her maiden voyage, Liverpool-Queenstown-New York route.
In 1917 she was requistioned for service in WWI and was scrapped in 1926.
